We operate from a fully working warehouse and are happy to offer a reliable and fast service. We have a number of postage options available we post with royal mail.

• *As soon as I have received payment for your amy lucy order I will get your order shipped within 1-3 working days, mon-friday (not the weekend). I try very hard in getting my orders out on time however things can be delayed with bank holidays and Christmas holidays that I can not control.
  
  *All orders are shipped 2nd class with the royal mail with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days.
  
  *Please note orders will be posted to your etsy address so please make sure this is correct and up to date as I am not responsible if the address provided has been incorrect. If you do need to change the address please email me to let me know and i can change it.

  *2nd class delivery time scale in 3-5 days. So from payment taken I dispatch within 1-3 working days and then it is sent and delivered within 3-5 working days. So from payment taken an estimate of 8 days is given.
